Whilst we’re keen to maintain a menu of regular venues for the good burghers of Thames Valley Region Central we occasionally like to inject some new blood into our Region’s smorgasbord of events.
So, please be upstanding for Lap911, one of the Region’s newest Porsche specialists. These fine chaps are situated right on the edge of the Cotswolds within easy reach of the M4 and A419: so no farm tracks and car-swallowing potholes require negotiation.
Lap911 opened in January 2023 and now boasts a combined knowledge of 20-plus years in Porsche servicing and repairs. Admittedly, young striplings compared to some independents who stretch back into the ‘70s and ‘80s, but they seek to make up by trying that much harder.
So, we thought it worthwhile to check out their wide range of specialist services from servicing and repairs to classic restoration. Their techs are all Porsche trained and carry certification under the Zertifizierter Techniker Programme or ZPT, so you’re in very good hands.
Starting time for a circuit of Lap911’s facilities will be 10am, finishing up around midday. Expert technicians will be available to answer your favourite arcane tech questions whilst a flow of coffee will be on tap to keep you awake enough to understand their response. It should be a classic, early, short and sweet morning, so do pop along and there is no charge for the event.
