We are delighted to have arranged a wine tour with wine tasting and a finger buffet at the beautiful Stanlake Wine Estate in Twyford, Berkshire.
The tour consists of a visit to the walled vineyard and cellar, including all the areas of production. In October, it is very likely that you will be able to see the grape crushing and pressing, as our visit is during the harvest period. The Stanlake tour guide will possess a very strong knowledge of wine and have experience working in the wine industry.
After the tour, that should last around an hour - a little more if there are many questions, we will convene in the garden (weather permitting), or the cellar to taste six wines, including white, red, sparkling and - if still available - rosé. The tasting, which lasts around 45-60 minutes will also be accompanied by a finger buffet.
