R17 WOTY 'Up North'Member event

In the second of our planned WOTY's for 2025, we will be venturing to the beautiful north of England. To make the journey worthwhile, we are proposing two stops over 5 days. You may wish to make your own arrangements stopping on the way up or back.  
 
This five-day WOTY runs from 26 to 30 September and is based at two lovely hotels. The first is in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, and the second is in the very scenic Northumberland. Overall total cost for two sharing for the five nights is £1288 as detailed below (single occupancy is £1130). Please book the Stone House Hotel first, then Doxford Hall. It is not possible to only book one or the other.

The Stone House Hawes 26/27/28 September 2025

This very comfortable hotel is walking distance from Hawes and at the bottom of Buttertubs, so a good location to stay and handy for great drives. We have arranged for three nights here on a bed and breakfast basis, to include dinner on the Saturday evening at a flat rate £750 per room for two people sharing. This is a pooled rate for all rooms which will be allocated by the hotel on a first come first served random basis. The booking deposit is £100 per room. There are twenty four rooms at this hotel, this being the limiting factor for overall numbers for the WOTY. Single occupancy for this hotel is £700 for the three nights including dinner on Saturday night.

Doxford Hall Hotel 29/30 September 2025

It’s a lovely hotel in a handy location inland, near to the coast and very popular with car clubs. It is quite traditional, is not close to anywhere in particular and we have therefore arranged for DBB for the two nights. It has a good spa, which is included in our package.
Double occupancy for two nights DBB is £538 (single occupancy £430). £50 deposit is required to secure your room, which will be allocated at random by the hotel.
