Father Christmas has invited all to celebrate in festive style at his new hangout: Auto Barn.
It’s taken ages to pin down this brilliant venue for this joint event between R17 and R19 but persistence has paid off! Auto Barn is a recently developed caffeine & machine type venue on steroids, offering a combo of working garage, car showroom, coffee bar, relaxed eatery, car storage and a VIP members club all rolled into one.
Members’ tables will be set out amongst a magnificent array of motor cars from the ’60s & ‘70s - with one of a range of classic Porsches, unsurprisingly, taking centre stage.
You can feast your eyes on the menu here. For such a great venue, three delicious courses plus coffee/tea and the usual club conviviality, you’ll need to find a very reasonable £65.00 per head. We’ll collect pre-orders closer to the time.
Arrive whenever you wish - there’s plenty of things to do before kick-off. Lunch itself will start at 12:30 and we expect to finish around 15:30 hours.
Nial Holden, the owner of Auto Barn (both petrolhead and long-term collector), is also a music nut, so you may also peruse his state-of-the-art recording studio that makes up yet another component of this fascinating venue. The phrase ‘something for everyone’ couldn’t be more fitting.
Please note that there’s a limit of 70 attendees, so be quick and book to avoid disappointment.
