It was more smiles and those Porsche curves for our second running of this year’s Great Western run. If you aren’t smiling by the time you reach the summit of the Aston Hill climb, you will be as you sweep across the top of the ridge into the dramatic hills of South Oxfordshire and down the other side into the high sided valleys and rolling countryside.
The woodlands provided welcome shade along with the twisty roads our Porsches love as we reached the river and over the bridge. A quick stop to cool down and watch the boats by the weir and then the sweeping trails of West Berkshire before our final waterside rest to refuel at the Rowbarge Inn.
See you out on the road – Nick & Ed
