The Cotswold Region (R31) covers parts of Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. We're very active with a programme of events covering a broad range of interests. Members in our region drive all kinds of Porsches of all ages including the very earliest 356s, classic 911s, 928s, 924s and 944s, modern 911s, Boxsters, Caymans as well as Cayennes, Panameras and Macans.
Our region, which is the UK's largest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has some of the country's best driving roads, heritage locations, glorious scenery, not to mention historic country inns and picturesque villages. Our area includes most of 'Motorsport Valley', home to many Formula One teams and motorsport technology companies. And talking of motorsport, we're well served with acclaimed venues including Silverstone, Castle Coombe, Prescott Speed Hill Climb as well as karting, rally-sport and driving skills venues all in close proximity. Porsche Centre Swindon, Porsche Centre Tewkesbury, Porsche Centre Silverstone and the Porsche Experience Centre are all close by too, as are many reputable independent Porsche specialists.
We meet monthly at the venue(s) shown in the Meeting section on the right. Apart from general socialising, topics of conversation range from general gassing about Porsches, planning events and trips out, exchanging technical advice and ownership information, and anything else that members want to talk about. Both inns do very good food and some members like to eat there, although this is completely optional.
From time to time we invite guest speakers to talk on various subjects of interest to Porsche drivers. Our events programme includes cruises, drive-outs, visits to interesting places, karting sessions, Sunday morning breakfast / coffee meets, advanced driving sessions and attending car shows throughout the year.
As well as providing frequent updates on our forum pages, we strive to keep members in the Region updated through our regular email updates.
