Annual Concours 2023

 We are pleased to confirm that the Region 21 Annual Concours will be held on the evening of Tuesday 4th July. We are also pleased to confirm that, as in previous years, the event will be hosted by Porsche Centre Hatfield with welcome support from M&A Coachworks.
Categories have been slightly amended for this year and are as follows:

  1. Air Cooled Cars
  2. Front Engine Water Cooled Cars
  3. Rear/Mid Engine Water Cooled Cars
  4. All GT/GTS Cars
Cars will be judged on the following elements:
  • Bodywork                                           (100 points)
  • Wheels and wheel arch area               (40 points)
  • Windows                                               (20points)
  • PCGB Regional sticker                          (5 points)
  • PCGB Register sticker                           (5 points)
  • Service book open on dash                 (10 points)
  • Mileage- 1 point per 10K miles, up to a maximum of 20 points for mileages in excess of 200K

Last year’s event was particularly busy and this year we have had to reconsider health and safety requirements in conjunction with PC Hatfield. We require entrants ONLY, to arrive between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
Visitors and spectators are of course very welcome but please do NOT arrive before 7.30pm unless sharing a vehicle with a competitor.
We will only be accepting entries from the first 20 cars in each of the four categories. You will therefore be required to pre-register, using the “Book Here” buttons below, providing the required information and paying a £5 entry fee when booking. Make sure you book in the right category!
The required information, when booking, will include Model, Year, Reg. No. and a contact telephone number. We will also require your mileage upon arrival.
For the £5 you will receive 5x £1 raffle tickets, a meal voucher and a region21 sticker, so entry is effectively free as usual.

If there is space available a few entries may be accepted on the night purely at the organiser’s discretion
Overall this approach is aimed at reducing significantly the amount of admin. on the night, minimising delay at the entrance to the car park and making the event more pleasurable and ultimately safer for all those attending.
All raffle proceeds will go to our chosen charity Essex and Herts Air Ambulance. Raffle prizes will include a Porsche Driving Experience at PEC Silverstone, provided by PC Hatfield, specialised products from M&A Coachworks and further items provided by PC Hatfield and from PCGB R21 regional funds.
Additional raffle tickets will be available for competitors, visitors and spectators to purchase in the normal way. We look forward to your support.
