A little out on a limb and it’s a weekday but Banbury Town Centre is again this year hosting a passage control and static car display on Thursday 30 January between 10am and 3.30pm. Competitors will be passing through from around lunchtime and then heading for Reims. Further details are available from the organisers, Cherwell District Council or visit the event Facebook page. There is plenty of parking, eateries and coffee outlets in the immediate area. It was a good event last year with several Porsches on display. Oh, and it’s free!
