In aid of 'National Drive it Day' this year Scott Laurie has arranged a morning run out down to Trigony House Hotel on Sunday 26 April.
From your old-time classic Porsche to the current models, let’s get those wheels on the tarmac and participate in one of the most iconic days and in doing so it’s a great opportunity to support the NSPCC’s Childline. To find out more visit National Drive It Day where you can purchase a Drive it Day plate online from £12.50, with all proceeds going to charity.
Scott will be meeting everyone at Dakota Eurocentral, Eurocentral Business Park, 1-3 Parklands Avenue, ML1 4WQ , from 8am for an 8.30am departure. We will be making our way down to Trigony House Hotel for breakfast via the A701 Devils Beef Tub known for its scenic views and a popular road choice for many of our members.
- There will be pots of tea and cafetieres of coffee, plus toast and jams on the table.
- On a side table there will be granola, yogurt, prunes, juices and fresh fruit salad.
- Hot meal served - choice of three from current menu - Full Scottish, Full Veggie Scottish (for both of these please advise if scrambled, poached or fried egg required) or Sea Trout and Scrambled Egg).
- Cost is £18 per person.
- Any specialist coffees or teas to be paid for individually on the day.
