Come join us on Thursday, 15 August for a run down to North Berwick for Fish & Chips.
The evening will begin with us meeting from 5.30pm at The Melville Inn Carpark next to Dobbies Garden Centre, Lasswade EH18 1AZ where we will depart prompt at 6pm for a run down to North Berwick for fish and chips.
Anyone that knows North Berwick will know that parking is a bit of a nightmare, and we will all just have to park where we can. There is off street parking, and a few car parks dotted about the centre. There are a few restaurants to choose from and depending on where you get parked, we might all end up at different places.
One of my favourites is the Rocketeer Restaurant, 26 Victoria Road, EH39 4JL and is located right on the sea front next to the Seabird Centre. The other is the North Berwick Fry a very short walk up from there. It would be good if, once we have food, we all meet up by the Seabird Centre.
