RAF Lossiemouth Family DayMember event

BOOKING CURRENTLY HALTED WHILE WE CHECK NUMBERS WITH THE RAF. 

We have very kindly been invited to attend the RAF Lossiemouth Family Day on Saturday 25 July and to put on a display of our Porsches for families of RAF personnel and the public to admire.

In exchange we will witness their Typhoon and Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft perform an air display (weather permitting) together with static aircraft displays and numerous in-hangar events, stalls and other car clubs.  There will be plenty of food outlets to keep us fed and watered.

One of our R2 Highland members from Inverness is a jet engine technician at RAF Lossiemouth and works on Typhoon engines.  He will give club members a private close up viewing of a typhoon engine and explain what he does to keep them airworthy.  This is a really special opportunity that the general public will not get!

As this is an operational RAF base security is paramount and we have to submit the names of everyone who is attending as soon as possible so an appropriate security check can be carried out before we arrive.  Accordingly, in addition to booking using the button below, we require you to complete and submit a questionnaire with the driver and passenger's full name.  Please note access can only be permitted for drivers and one passenger.  Link to the questionnaire is HERE.

There is no limit on numbers for this event but bookings need to be in asap.  The approximate timing is 12:00 - 18:00 hrs but more information will be released when confirmed.
