We have arranged a slightly different approach to Burns Night by combining it with our monthly breakfast meeting and are calling it a "Burns Breakfast". Fear not because haggis will be firmly on the menu along with pork & haggis sausages!!! Not sure if whisky would be appropriate at 10:30am but whisky sauce is a possibility!
We will meet at the Rothesay Rooms in the old station buildings in Ballater at 10:30am on Sunday 25 January for a social gathering and to celebrate the bard with a Burns Breakfast. We won't be addressing the sausage!!
If you have anything tartan please feel free to wear it in celebration. A tie, a brooch a waist coat or scarf is sufficient but if you're brave enough to wear a kilt or tartan trews all the better... you'll be in good company!
