Roasted Root Vegetable Soup (V) served with a wholemeal bread roll

served with pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, cranberry sauce & gravy or
Poached Salmon Fillet
dressed with a lemon and rosemary cream sauce or
Brie, Beetroot and Walnut Wellington (V)
with a warm tomato dressing
Served with a selection of potatoes & seasonal vegetables
