The 24th Region 8 Porsche Pageant will be held in the grounds of the spectacular Elvaston Castle in the heart of Derbyshire. First mentioned in the Doomsday book in 1086, the Castle developed into an Elizabethan House before becoming a gothic masterpiece with some 300 acres of woodlands and gardens, designed by the pioneering gardener William Barron.
With parking for 400-500 cars, concours display, trade stands and a craft fair on site, as well as restaurants and walks around the lakes, the Castle will be a perfect backdrop for a magnificent display of all things Porsche. Entry is £10 cash per car on the day, which includes a raffle ticket, with all proceeds to be donated to the Air Ambulance. Region 8 warmly invite you to join in our day.
Adjacent to the field are many places to discover, including beautiful walks to the local quay with canal boat trips and the internationally renowned Cromford Mill with its many attractions and shops. Also a short walk away is Cromford, as small but busy historic hamlet that served the Mill’s workforce.
