The Jersey Region recently returned from a wonderful road trip to Reims and the Champagne district. Thankfully the ferries all ran smoothly and, while the weather took a little time to fall into line, it did not dampen the spirit of the 28 members who joined us on this road trip.

We visited the champagne houses of Billecarte-Salmon and Ruinart and enjoyed two very different tours of their cellars. A great deal of champagne was tasted, and much fun was had by all. Thank you for your participation; we thoroughly enjoyed your company.

Our attention is now turning to the Jersey International Motoring Festival, involving the cavalcade on 4 June and the Porsche Club static display on the following Saturday, where we will be displaying 40 cars – everything from a 1964 Porsche 356C to a 2025 Singer 911 DLS – and showcasing Boxsters on their anniversary year.
