R28J: Region Luncheon details

Here are the details of our forthcoming luncheon. Fiona and I would like to thank all those who have already signed up for the lunch. The response has been very encouraging.
For those who have not yet done so, this is your last chance to sign up for this event as we need to finalize the numbers for the Hotel.

Venue:                 The Pine Room of The Atlantic Hotel.
Time:                    12.30pm on Saturday, 27th May, 2017
Format:                12.30pm Champagne reception.
                              1.30pm 3-course lunch is served.
Attire:                   Smart casual.
Price:                    £35.00 per person. To be paid in advance.
 

Car parking:
Attendees are encouraged to bring their cars to this event. The Atlantic Hotel has kindly agreed to reserve sections of the car park for our cars.

Lobster
Half poached Jersey lobster salad, Jersey Royal potato salad, asparagus spears and mango dressing

 Baked fillet of Irish beef Wellington, truffle pomme purée, buttered vegetables, red wine jus
