Rules of the draw
1. THE PROMOTER
The promoter is Porsche Club Great Britain of Cornbury House, Cotswold Business Village, London Road, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, GL56 0JQ.
2. THE PRIZE COMPETITIONS
2.1. The Promoter operates prize competition (each a “Prize Competition”) via its website (www.porscheclubgb.com) (the “Website”). The terms and conditions shall apply to each Prize Competition. Further details of each Prize Competition shall be made available on the dedicated page for each Prize Competition found under heading (www.porscheclubgb.com/prize-draw) on the Website.
2.2. Each Prize Competition is open to all [UK residents] aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families and household occupants, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of a Prize Competition.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. Each Prize Competition will run from the [time and date of each Prize Competition as announced via the Website] (the “16th JUNE 2025”) to [midnight] on closing date of the Prize Competition as stated on the Website (the “15th October 2025”) inclusive.
3.2. All entries must be received by the Promoter by not later than [midnight] on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter a Prize Competition, you must do the following by the Closing Date:
(a) create an online account on the Website and complete the entry form; and
(b) answer the Prize Competition question; and
(c) pay for the entry ticket, the cost of which will be as stated in the details of the relevant Prize Competition on the Website.
3.4. You must include the following details in each entry form:
(a) the competition you wish to enter;
(b) your full name;
(c) your date of birth;
(d) your postal address; and
(e) your contact telephone number and email address.
3.5. The details provided in an entry must match your online account details.
3.6. Only entries that include a correct answer to the Prize Competition question, the details listed in clause 3.4 above and full payment of the entry ticket will be eligible to win the prize. Entries with incorrect answers, that do not have all details listed in clause 3.4 above and/or incomplete payment of the entry ticket will be disqualified.
3.7. The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
3.8. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
(a) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) photocopies and not originals; or
(d) incomplete.
3.9. The cost of each ticket shall be detailed on the Website. Prices may vary for non-members and members of PCGB. [Evidence of a valid membership number will be required at the point of purchase of a ticket to be eligible for the member’s discount.] There is no limit on the number of entries that can be submitted in each Prize Competition subject to any applicable maximum limit as detailed in the description of the relevant Prize Competition on the Website.
3.10. If the number of entries received by the Promoter reaches the minimum cap (5000 tickets) or limit on entries (8000) applied to the Prize Competition by the Promoter as detailed in the description of such Prize Competition on the Website, the Promoter will update the Promoter’s website. Any entries made after this will not be entered into the relevant Prize Competition or any other.
3.11. Entries cannot be assigned, transferred, or sold and no refunds for any ticket purchased will be provided apart from in the event that the Promoter is required to cancel a promotion for any reason in the Promoter’s absolute discretion under condition 9.2 of these terms and conditions.
4. WINNERS
4.1. All valid entries with the correct answer to the Prize Competition (including complete entry form details and full payment of the entry ticket), will be placed into the competition and the winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process on the relevant date for each Prize Competition, as stated on the Website.
4.2. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of any major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails prize@porscheclubgb.com or writes to Porsche Club Great Britain of Cornbury House, Cotswold Business Village, London Road, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, GL56 0JQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter prize@porscheclubgb.com within 2 days of confirmation of the win. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
4.3. The Promoter will also announce the prize on the Website and, subject to the winner’s consent, promote the details of the allocation day, build and delivery day.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1. The aim of the prize is either to provide, a paid allocation for a Porsche car which the winner can choose elements of the specification or, a Porsche car previously chosen by the Promoter. and in both options the Prize is subject to sufficient ticket sales as advertised in each competition. Whether this is an allocation, or previously designed Porsche car, is at the full discretion of the Promoter and in accordance with the prize as advertised in each competition, As a Promoter we expect to sell out all the allocated 8000 tickets. In the event of more than 5000 tickets sold then the winner of each Prize Competition will receive a Porsche car (the “Prize”). [Details of the car that can be won in each Prize Competition, will be published on the Website when each Prize Competition is announced on the Opening Date]. [Subject to the Promoter’s absolute discretion, such details may also include details of opportunities to specify certain modifications and extras to the car].
5.2. However - The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative cash prize if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so, which includes excessively low ticket sales and not least below 5000 tickets sold. In this event the prize shall be ticket sales received less costs. In these circumstances there is no right to refund on ticket sales.
5.3. The Prize, subject to ticket sales exceeding 5000 sales, shall include either the previously designed Porsche Car or the allocation of the Porsche Car and a cash contribution towards additional extras and all “on the road” costs. Details of the cash contribution shall feature in each competition. Otherwise the winner will be responsible for all legal requirements including (but not limited to) licensing, registration, taxes, fees duties, insurance and any other costs or requirements in order to own the Prize and any transportation to and from the dealership, unless otherwise stated in the details of each Prize Competition as published on the Website.
5.4. The Prize shall include one year complimentary membership to Porsche Club GB.
5.5. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Where the Prize is an allocation allowing for the winner to specify the car the Prize does not include the option of Paint-To-Sample (PTS) colour choice in the specification. The winner may, should they wish, provide additional funding from their own monies for any other extras they require over and above the contribution made by the Promoter.
5.6. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
6. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
6.1. The winner will be notified by [email or telephone] (using details provided at entry) before within 2 days after the Closing Date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
6.2. The Prize can be collected at the nominated UK authorised Porsche dealership (Porsche Centre High Wycombe) after the winner is notified of the delivery of the prize. The winner may be invited to attend to confirm the specification of any extras required with the Porsche car.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible for or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is cause by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
Personal data supplied during the course of the Prize Competition promotions will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s GDPR policy. See also condition 4.2 and 4.3 of these terms and conditions with regard to the announcement of winners.
9. GENERAL
9.1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these rules.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. These terms and conditions are governed by English and Welsh law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
