You cannot chose a cash alternative instead. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative cash prize, if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so, which includes excessively low ticket sales and not least below 5500 tickets sold. How do you use my personal data?
We need to use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose. Full details of how we use your data are included in our Privacy Policy which you can read here.

What are my chances of winning?
The maximum number of entries is stated on each competition so your chances of winning will vary from competition to competition. As an example, if entries are capped at a maximum of 10000, this means that if you purchase 1 entry and get the answer correct, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 10,000.

You can increase your chances of winning by purchasing more entries. For example, if you purchase 10 entries in the example above and you get the answer correct, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 1000. We say “no worse than” because we cannot guarantee how many tickets will sell by the time the competition closes.

What if a competition does not sell out?
The draw will go ahead regardless. Whatever date we set to draw it, is the date we’ll draw (at the latest – if sold out the date might be brought forward). This means that you could get even better odds for your money.

Can I use a credit card to purchase tickets?
Yes, but please be aware your card provider may charge additional fees on top of your competition entry.

Can I get a refund of my entry fee?
We do not offer refunds of the entry fees. This is the case whether your answer is correct or not.

Can I transfer my entry or the prize to someone else?
You cannot transfer your entry before the draw or the prize if you win.
The prize, whether that is the car, or a cash alternative, cannot be transferred to another person. The car will be registered into the name of the person named in the entry so please ensure you enter your full correct name. Any cash alternative will be transferred to a valid bank account of the winner only. Once you own the car, or receive the cash, you are free to deal with them as you wish.
