Vehicle Valuations

Valuations are determined and cross-referenced through a multitude of sources, including the main dealer network, specialist dealers, classified adverts, over a dozen auction houses through an aggregator web portal, and our own database of 21,000+ members.

​Wherever possible we use prices paid for vehicles rather than listed sales prices, which are sometimes inflated and/or speculative. Our valuation provides an accurate reflection of the potential cost to replace your vehicle in today’s market.
 
Each submission will be manually reviewed by a member of the Clubhouse team and we aim to produce a completed valuation letter within 10 days.

In order to produce a vehicle valuation, we will require photographs of the following:

Front
Rear
Left Side
Right Side
Luggage Area
Interior

Where possible, please also include a photo of the vehicle’s engine bay. If you have further supporting documents, these can also be uploaded as digital files. We recommend having a copy of your V55 document to hand should you need to cross-reference any of the details supplied by the DVLA.
