Scott has loved cars for as long as he can remember, and a traditional university route was never part of the plan. His focus was circuit racing, learning his craft in Fiestas before progressing to Formula Ford, where he won four championships.
 
Largely self-taught, Scott often approaches coaching from alternative perspectives, helping drivers better understand both their car and themselves on road and track. Despite being the youngest member of the team, his experience is extensive, having raced since a young age and worked with the Porsche Experience Centre since 2017.
 
And if you ask him about his ‘almost’ first Formula Ford win, expect one of the best stories – and laughs – of the day.
