Evening all,

A neighbor saw my rear brake lights come on, on the spoiler, but advised me that it looked a little odd. What appeared to be 2 'lights out' within the cluster itself, but neither of us were sure what it should look like. My guess, is it is a complete set of red lights, but, the ones that were 'out' were symmetrical.
Im not sure if Im making much sense, and cannot take a picture as I cant depress the brake and capture at the same time, so have attempted to re-create below

(OoOOOOoO)

Imagine the above is the brake light bar, the two small 'o' are where it doesn't light up. Is this two blown/dud bulbs, or is this 'normal'?

Thanks guys, that's what I thought. At least it looks symmetrical as it is, to help my OCD :)

A few years ago OPC said I need a new 3rd brake light as several bulbs were not working
I took it apart, assembled it back together & 'bingo' everything working & has not been a problem since......
A saving of approx £125 I think I was quoted
There was never any mention of replacing bulbs......
Perhaps try that 1st!

thanks. Yes, defo going to do bulbs first. Am at Swindon OPC for the 70th birthday on Sunday 10th. May pre-warn them that I want 2, as I doubt parts will be open that day.
