Porsche on the Prom 2018

Brilliant day well organised. Been meaning to come for 5 years but each time something has stopped up

Must have been well over 600 cars filling the Prom.

BUT - why is there always a BUT!!
Running back down the A5 from Betwys Y Coed car had a bit of a Miss - fire - just not as sweet as usual. Tuned off to go through St Martins car started jumping felt like a puncture got to Ellesmere and decided to call recovery. We have Lockton Porsche Owners Club Insurance.
Last time it happened three weeks ago didn't have the number and it was a Sunday so had to come home

THis time PHONE WAS FLAT luckily a very friendly lady at the Resturant on the Lake let me use her charger to get the number

Incredible service from the recovery company turned up within 90 minutes and go the car back home
As I thought it was a Ignition Coil. Could feel which side by feeling the exhaust, First one tried. Had a spare Fitted and working
Car is now up in the air waiting for Eurocar parts to get 5 BERU coils from around the Region (via Chester)
22.50 each plus VAT (47.50 + VAT from Porsche less discount)
THe last break down was a sheered water pump. Silly thing is that something was telling me to change them Should have listed to my instincts!
