You all know by now how just how much amazing support our region has from Ross and all his team at Porsche Teesside. As such I would like your help to make their 70th Anniversary display one of the best in the country.

I am looking to put together a fantastic display of Club cars on Saturday 9th June in celebration of 70 years of the marque that we all love so much.

I have had some great offers of cars from the later years but would like to promote the whole range over the years I would really like to include some of your fantastic classics too. You will need to be able to commit to parking your car all day at the dealership on the Saturday and remember that this is a general open day so the public will be milling around too.

All cars considered, so don't be shy I have listed an idea of various older models below. Of course we still require interest from the later years.

If you want more information and can commit please can you message me or email me at r3@porscheclub.com

I would also like to have a similar display at our Regional Show at Witton Castle on August 19th, so again if anyone would be interested please let me know.

Hi Greg,

I'd be happy to take my 968 across if you would like to put it in the display.

Simon

Let me know if you need to keep the Silver Quota up and I can help out. I’d suggest the 944 but can’t commit it until next week as it needs a bit of tinkering with first.

Greg

Myself & Killa will be attending so a 944t & Cayman S Sport will be available & anyone wishing to head in to Yarm for a night on the tiles after are more than welcome to help us paint Yarm Guards Red.

Many thanks

Greg, I have a modern 718 that I'm sure that the OPC has plenty of so can't help but as a side questing, is anything happening for members around this anniversary? I assume we are welcome at the open day?

As usual, the Teesside the guys have extended an invitation to all PCGB members, you can find more details in your monthly newsletter, although times are yet to be confirmed.

Anyone not receiving their monthly R3 newsletter can get in touch and I'll help sort that out.

Thanks for the reply Greg. New member so probably not on the mailing list yet? Assuming it'll come separate to the monthly copy of Porsche Post that ended yesterday?

Sorry we can‘t be there. We will be rocking to Kasabien live in Thetford forest. Louder than a shouty Porsche exhaust.

Phili & Jacquie

Really looking forward to this one!

Teesside know how to put on a good event. Will be great to see a vast array of Porsches from over the years too.

Hi Greg,

I'm hapy to let Graham take the 3.2 slot, a rhd targa is better than a lhd coupe, I think.

Cheers, Keith

Just to keep you all in the loop I have not finalised any spaces yet, please keep the offers coming and thank you all for your offers of help and support.

Hi Greg Will be attending in my 981 if you would like to use it for the display on the day. :) shows be a good day lets hope the weather plays along!

Hi all

I've received an email reminder about the Teesside celebrations event and it says start time is 11.00am on Saturday.
