Any 996 owners near Woodford Green Essex.NE London

Hiya,,,
just popping over from the 944 forum,,,,
I wanted to ask if anybody owns a 996 that lives near to me?,i am over in Woodford Green an basically in the middle of Epping forest,,,,

thought a 996 was good entry point to first 911 ownership,,,,,,
more models available with rebuilds or new engines,,,,
have never driven one or been a passenger so would really appreciate an owners viewpoint,,,,,,
Not driven a 911 since the mid 80s when i had a awful experience which was all my own fault at 19 years of age [ a wet monday morning,,approaching a roundabout and too much gas! you can guess the rest].....
if anyone is local and i could have a look then i would really appreciate it,,,,,

Hi mate,
Give me as much notice as you can. I work shifts and may need to change dates etc.
The car is under cover for the winter but I can get it out no problem.

I've recently bought a 2002 C2 Cab and I've been a 944 owner for 16 years. Really enjoying the difference (and the open air driving) but I'll never get rid of the 944! I live in Farnham Surrey, so not very local, however happy to share experience/driving if you're over this way at all. I may also be in the St Albans area on 21st if that helps...

I'm in Hertfordshire not too far from J20 M25 or M1 where it crosses the M25.
