Sorry Brian, but I find that really depressing. A vast Porsche dealership with acres of cars, just like every other VW, BMW and Jaguar mega-dealership. How common. What drew me to Porsche in the first place was the notion that they were somehow special, made in small numbers, individual. Nowadays they are just another commodity, churned out like all the rest. I know it's the way of the world, but it perhaps explains why I sold mine.

But you bought a MB are all the top brands not all the same ? all about the balance sheet not the exclusivity of the marque .

Popped into the new Perth dealership today all very welcoming although not technically opened until tomorrow nice bunch in a good location, they are looking to have a run out with some members however unless you have used Aberdeen they wont have your details so would suggest popping in to introduce yourselves to get on the mailing list.

I'm an Aberdeen OPC customer and got an invite to the Perth OPC opening and Sunday Run on April 15th.

Around 45 cars and 100 invited guests enjoyed glorious sunshine at the excellent opening launch and Drive Out day at OPC Perth last Sunday. All who attended received a warm welcome with refreshments, canapés, and a look around the premises.

Everything went well, with the 30 mile tour to Glen Quaich split into 3 groups of around 15 cars. It's a new, mainly young, team at Peter Vardy Perth, and I'm sure they will gain many new customers from this well located base in the northern part of central Scotland.

Living near Inverness as I do, it's good to see a second Porsche dealership joining Aberdeen in the north, and both being pretty much equidistant in road miles from the Highland capital.
