Boxster 987. PASM light not coming on

I took the boxster for a drive today. I hadn't used the PASM for around a month. I tried to use but the light won't come on.

I checked the fuse box, all fine. No warning on dash. No fault codes using my Bluetooth OBD2.

I'm not so sure if the car is in hard suspension mode or not.

Is it possible that it can be affected by the snow weather last week? Also yesterday I washed the car, I tried to sprinkle some water underneath to clean any salt residues and put water with the hose inside the wheel arches to wash them too. Are there any connections that might be affected there?

Probably faulty shock/connector/cable or the control module. I believe some early OBD2 software don't report PASM faults codes.

So, I bought the "iCarsoft POR II for Porsche" from ebay for £136. I got it in my hands yesterday. It can read most Porsche modules for most modules.

I read my PASM error codes. It appeared in the ECU that there was an error "000B", "Control Module Faulty". I reset the codes and tried to turn PASM on but nothing happened.

It seems that I should have driven the car after resetting the codes. I took it out today to go to the supermarket... Pressed the button out of curiosity and suddenly the led is on! I got the message in the dash saying that it was in sport mode...pressed again went back to normal mode! Comfortable ride is back

The lightly lit led means nothing. It is still like that.

Hope not to see this problem again!
