I hear it's a good day out (though overlaps with the HQ even in Cotswolds), does the region normally go en masse or similar?
Cheers

Hi

we normally get 6 - 10 cars that go most years, a really good event.

we normally meet at picket post or the railway on the way in through the forest.

im sure we will discuss it and arrange something nearer the time at the May club night

regards

Karl

Thanks Karl, sounds good, I've not made a meeting yet (normally I'm on my way back from London), but keen to be involved if a group are going
Cheers

It's a great event, I missed it last year but have done 3 previous years. Cars parked in lovely surroundings with great photo opportunities, some on grass others on tarmac. Very informal with a few retail stalls.

Hope to arrive back from Spain the day before love Beaulieu village and Palace House it's a lovely area to spend a few hours.

Should be better this year as it looks like they are going to give us a dedicated PCGB parking lot for us to share with R17 and one other region that’s coming down

Karl

Although I'm a Region 17 member I'm planning to join in with you R26 folks at Beaulieu Road Station.

Thanks to BartyB of R31 I have a link to a sign you'll need to print and put in your windscreen to help the Beaulieu parking marshalls direct you to the PCGB parking area..... https://www.porscheclubgb...e_PCGB_WindowLabel.pdf

The sign includes regions 12 (Norfolk & Suffolk), 17(Southern), 26(Dorset), and 31(Cotswold).

Thanks Andrew, ill also have 20 copies with me at Pickets post and the Station if anyone doesn't manage to print one.

Regards

Karl

Convoy meeting points:
0900 Forest Edge Shell Service station, Ringwood road, BH24 3HN
0920 Car park opposite Beaulieu road railway station B3056

Who knows, apparently the parking pass has now been posted for all to use so i may not get a space now, the entry time is now earlier than previously advertised l.

Your welcome to join us anyway, we dont know what area and spaces are available for us until we get there

regards

karl

Good point.. the meeting time is the same as opening time..

toss up between a good parking spot and enjoying a convoy!

I have printed off the windscreen label so I will see you down there, we will be driving from Malmesbury, North Wiltshire so a cross country route rather than M4/A34.
