Oil level indicator quantity per bar? 997 C4S 2006

My 2006, C4S needs an oil top up as the oil level is reading one bar low, even after a good run (oil up to temp) and then left for 10 minutes on a level surface. The vehicle has done just under 5000 miles since its last oil and filter change.

Engine was fully rebuilt 16k ago and I've been using Mobile 1 0W-40

Oil and filter have been changed at 1000, 6500 and 10,000 since the rebuild.

How much oil does one bar indicate on the electronic level?

Or what would people recommend?

I'm planning on an oil and filter change in the next 3000 miles max anyway.

One of my rare posts on this forum these days but I think I remember working out, just after buying my 2006 C2S, that 1 bar was about 0.2litre, however, to avoid overfilling I never add more than 0.1litre at a time.

Thanks Allan, I've just had a read of the manual and it states the following:

Each segment of the display corresponds to approx 0.4 ltr

OK it was a long time ago. I guess the reason I had 0.2litre in mind was that I was thinking about the resolution of the display, if each bar is 0.4litre then I was assuming the precision was +/- 0.2litre.
