This year's fish and chip run to Whitby takes place on Sunday 8th April where we have 50 places available for lunch at Trenchers. We have a couple of extra parking spaces available for those that don't want lunch or to make their own arrangements.

Please book your places for lunch or just parking either by signing up here out send me an email.

So far we 46 signed up for lunch so just 4 spaces left. We have 10 parking spaces left, so if you would like to join us you need to be quick.

As usual we will be meeting up at Specialist Cars of Malton from 10.00am where we will be holding a raffle in aid of the Yorkshire Ambulance. We aim to leave by 11.00.

Hi Mark.

November and our last blast (Oopnorthring with extra twisty bits added) seems to be a very long time ago!

For Whitby we are likely to be in either the beaten up and rather pitiful looking 944 S2 (I couldn't scrap it because I felt sorry for it) or the seedy looking but driving wonderfully well and sounding very sweet 996 C2 - whichever has air in the tyres, fuel in the tank and manages to start up.

The C2 was covered in thick green mould, rampant moss and enough bird droppings to fertilise a very large field when I bought it....... I thought it had potential - though maybe on reflection it was just that the guano had done wonders for the moss? :ROFLMAO:

Thanks & regards.

Zeusy.

P.s. will be doing our own thing for lunch.

Good evening Mark & Carol

We would like to join the group drive to Whitby for fish 'n' chips.

Will also send a confirmation email.

2 x persons, 1 x car

Thanks,

Martin

Hopefully two people plus one Labrador for Whitby with no food. I say hopefully because doggy had a big lung tumour removed yesterday, making good progress so Whitby would be a treat – Ruby does enjoy a trip out.

Hi Mark, Seem to have missed this as I think this post has been changed from how it was originally posted by Simon on 24 February, however if you get anyone dropping out we would like to come along.

Many thanks.

Hi Mark, can random people turn up at specialist cars at Malton, for the raffle and hoover up crumbs, I’m at a wedding on Saturday so couldn’t commit to a place.... apparently “ not every day your daughter gets married “
