Repair Panel Needed

Does anyone know where I can find a repair panel for here?

Or has anyone got a rear quarter I can buy?

Common grot spot.  Factory panels are available but it's the entire rear quarter and expensive, may be worth it if rust goes all the way around the wheel arch and round to the sill (also common).
I bought a second hand panel much like the one on ebay. Hard to find one that isn't also rusty.  The one linked above looks like it will need patching to be usable.
