Hardy Souls 2 - the 'B' roads

On Sunday 18th Feb fourteen cars and over 20 members turned out for what was to be a memorable drive on some of the finest roads in North East Scotland. Predominantly using 'B' roads the route took us west from Aberdeen towards Balmoral before turning north towards the Lecht ski centre. The snowfall earlier in the week meant for some stunning Cairngorms scenery. What better way to spend a Sunday morning! More photos on the website www.barlow.org.uk
and reported on the Region 2 News page

Great pictures Paul !!

Amazing scenery, I've just come back from the Yorkshire Dales with my son, and the Highlands is next on the list.
I've been several times, and my son is tired of hearing me banging on how fantastic it is :ROFLMAO:

Looked brilliant fun

Cheers James. It was a really good run.
If you are re-visiting the Highlands I suggest mid-week and avoid school holidays, it can get quite busy with tourists and cyclists etc.

Will do Paul, thanks.

I've stopped up at Pitlochry three or four times, really like it there, and it tied in nicely for doing a load of the whisky distilleries [;)] Starting with Edradour and Blair Athol.

I checked out your website, you've blogged some great memories and got some nice photos on there by the looks of it [8D]
