Expecting around 20 cars/couples for this event.  It's not number limited so room for more!

    Hi,
A friend and myself (both Members)are hoping to join up with our cars somewhere along the A39 between Truro and Falmouth although we only live 5 miles from Pendennis Castle.
Could you tell me where lunch is arranged for and whether we need to book or not etc?
    Thanks and regards
    Simon

Might be able to join you for lunch if you let me know where it is? Only a couple of miles from work.

Lunch is planned at the Norway Inn, very informal so no booking required!  Probably be there 1-1.30pm (ish)
Just need to dig a way out of the drive today....

Just a heads-up, the Norway tends to be stacked out with a very long waiting time most weekends. We try regularly to get a Sunday lunch there and it's rarely possible to book. Might be worth a call as this weekend is forecast to be decent weather for a change!

    We'll try to get there.

Ok, looks the Norway may struggle....!
So, change of plan.  I suggest that we make our way to the Maritime museum car park, which appears large enough, and sort ourselves with some eatery in the vicinity.  I can't  seem to find anywhere else between Pendennis and Truro that had enough parking etc.  Any suggestions locals?

Right!  Last change of plan.....Thanks to a suggestion from a member.
I have spoken to this place

and they are very happy to accommodate us and have big car park.   Halfway between Falmouth and Truro so seems ideal.

Somebody beat me to it!! I was just about to suggest the Punchbowl, Nice Pub, Nice Beer, Nice Food and large Car park.
We will hopefully plan on joining along the A39 just past Truro around Playing Place at the Shell Petrol station Bit of a difficult question to answer but any idea what time approx you will be passing by ??
    Thanks

A very successful event and great to catch up with some Cornish members.  It rained either side of our visit but, thankfully, remained dry for the time we were there.  The Punchbowl and Ladle is highly recommended and were very welcoming
