I've just booked my ticket for the Sunday, will be going in my 718 Cayman.

Hi Carl,

Yep, we'll be there in the same capacity as 2017.

We had all the details released to us yesterday by MSV and an email was sent to all those members in the surrounding Regions. If you didn't receive the message email admin@porscheclubgb.com and my colleague Maxine will send across all the necessary booking information.

Thanks and look forward to seeing you soon.

Chris

Hi Chris,

Why is this not being displayed on the members only section as in recent years?

It's all becoming rather secretive....... & it's not just folk from surrounding areas that attend!

Regards

Paul

Paul,

Absolutely no secret, we want a large attendance that’s greater than 2017.

The code came late this week from MSV, it will be added to the website in due course and added to national communications moving forward.

Thanks,

Chris

I've searched the forums as I'd like to go to this event on the Sunday but still can't see anything, I'm new to the club so might be missing something, I'm not very good on forums, so is there any info anywhere about this event...cheers Ellis.

ps, this will be my first club meet!!!

Chris, do you have the code please? I cant find it in PP and the cutoff is 17:00 today.

Thanks

Steve

I have a question/complaint...why was this such a super secret inside our club? There was no code, but for the first time a procedure requiring you to pre-register your car with MSV first. This thread is the only thing I can find on the forum that has any reference to the event, by contrast I Googled other car clubs, with this being readily available from AMOC.....

I spoke to MSV about it, they could not understand why we didn’t publish it in our magazine or on the forum. They can monitor everything at their end, as can the event organisers. Instead we have to contact Maxine, but as understandably she’s not online all the time, this makes things difficult. All in all a pretty poor show. Going forward can we not have an active ‘Events’ section inside the members are where important information linked to events can be posted for only members to see?

Thanks

Steve
