SOLD
Bought this spare for my 2012 Touareg and no longer need it as the replacement Touareg comes with a spare. The tyre is a Vredestein Space Master 195/75-18 106P and the rim is steel, part number 7L0601027A, PCD 5 X 130, 6 1/2J X 18 H2. It was sold to me by a Cayenne owner as being unused, and this is borne out by the condition. I have not had to use it. If you're uncertain whether it will fit your car, I suggest having a look at this website: https://www.wheel-size.com/size/volkswagen/touareg/ Just be aware some older Touaregs (and perhaps Cayennes and Q7's) had PCD 5 x 120.

A new alloy spacesaver from a VW main dealer was over £300 a couple of years ago, so probably more now. It weighs 23.6 kg, so expensive to send. Open to offers and would meet half way by agreement to hand it over if you're somewhere in the Scottish Central Belt or Borders. I'm also down South (West Midlands and Hampshire) for a week or so from 20th January.
