Away for Winter

Great picture, but surely the 'winter hibernation' will be interrupted if and when we have some dry and sunny days (without the dreaded salt) over the next few months?

Yes true, just filled her up with fuel and will miss driving for a while, but I'm lucky to have a nice 92 944 S2, which I will use over Winter.

I have a few little jobs to do on my 911 - a bit of paint work to the bumpers, a new p/s electric seat switch, and a little detailing. Then roll on Spring.

Good to hear that you will be enjoying classic car motoring during the clement winter days!

I'm also lucky in having alternatives for motoring pleasure - an E Type and an XK120 (both open tops, like my 3.2!).

Just put mine in the Carcoon this afternoon. We get salted here most nights during the winter unfortunately :(

There's still some great driving days to be had, no salt on the roads yet, remember these cars don't like too much hibernation!
