I am looking to purchase a Coupe or Sport as my daily drive of a few miles per day and 50-100 at weekends. I'm based in Kent and am happy to travel within an hour of M25.

Another front engined owner in Kent,,,,,nice one!
moving there in the very near future,,,,
good luck Daren

Pie Performance near Lavenham in Essex has a lovely white 968 Club Sport For Sale at I believe just under ÂŁ45000.

Thanks I've seen that one, are RPM a good dealer? I would prefer to buy from a club member but appreciate available cars at sensible prices are a rarity at the moment.

There are a few companies called RPM, but blade7 is talking about RPM Technik, who have a very good reputation. That's where I bought my Cayman from. That said, you still need to do your due diligence as nobody is 100% perfect 100% of the time.

Cheers,
Bryan

Thanks Bryan, the silver Coupe they have looks ok but having learned from you guys on here it seems expensive and has non standard wheels and the wrong steering wheel so not sure at present on that one.

You have unrealistic expectations.

Chris it appears I've upset someone by suggesting I want a 968 as a station car - a bit sad! I've been waiting for a week to get a response on the 968 site - guess it is holiday season.

I have been grateful for your advice and guidance on here it seems some take this a little too seriously me thinks

Really Daren,,,,
back and forth to the station and other daily uses gets the best out of our cars,,,
our cars are best driven regularly and i believe you garner much more respect for driving in all weathers then coming online and saying you want a garage queen that will only be used a few times in summer,,,,,
i also think with what your talking about spending to expect at least standard is perfectly ok and realistic....
take your time,,i saw what seemed a lovely g/red in Kent on e bay but up in the miles at around 154,000+......
the right car will come along that ticks all the boxes and it will feel like you are meant to have it,,,,
best of luck,,jasonp
