Unlocking a new Cayenne when battery flat

The battery on my older Cayenne goes flat if not connected to a
trickle charger after a week or two.
When this happens i have to unlock with a pull out key.
With my latest Kn there is no key ....What do you do now if the battery goes flat ? ?

I dont think so Nick.
There is a little button to slide which i thought was access to the
remote battery.I could not get anything to slide out .
The remote is a model of the car .

Many thanks Geoff.
I Wonder if the new battery will take longer to go flat but i guess the
drain will have increased rather than decreased.
My old Kn took two hours to stop the drain in power

Its confusing because on previous versions the key was attached to the metal ring at the top but not on current keys which are Porsche shaped. I found it helps to put a penknife into the gap as you slide the lever across and then it comes out easily but it is a fiddley operation

Due to the lockdown in Spain, when we leave here I have to leave my Cayenne diesel unused for the next 4 months As I can’t return for a while. I have the Porsche CTek charger which I normally plug into the cigar lighter socket. Is it ok to leave this plugged in and trickle charging for say 4-5 months ?
(next problem will be starting my Boxster in UK where its been garaged and not charged for 4 months!)

Welcome Geoff, in answer to your question the Cayenne should be fine with the CTek plugged in. Don't forget to pump up the tyres before you leave it for that length of time.
