DarrenWellsI've experienced two different scenarios when the key fob didn't work. Once was when I had a new battery fitted. The fob didn't work, but neither did the central locking and/or electric windows. It turned out they were all on the same fuse which had blown. The other is something that happens quite often, especially over the last year with fewer trips. I wasn't aware of this 'feature' initially, but the key fob is effectively disabled if not used for something like 5 days. You need to manually open the door and start the car to resync it again. I'm not sure either is the answer to your current dilemma though.
Ian_959There were some cases where recently installed blue tooth transmitters blocked the signal. You have not had a upgrade of any kind recently to the music / phone that you use? Or fitted a link to the stereo of any kind?
