Information Gained at Center Gravity

During the recent register visit to Center Gravity the effects of adjustments and faults were discussed at length, the link below takes you to the sheets supplied by Chris which list most of the effects discussed, these are presented here in a generalised form and as it says too much of one adjustment to correct one thing can actually have the reverse effect. It is supplied here more for the purpose of understanding these effects and how you may notice an effect from a minor adjustment rather than for anyone to just use as setting information, basic settings are provided elsewhere in the FAQ Section. Tuning of the suspension should only be carried out by a competent person with the correct equipment.

It is because all photobucket links have gone ( unless the account holder stumps up a load of dosh to allow 3rd party hosting)

I'm speeding because I have to get there before I forget where I'm going.

Yep, the OP Buddy needs to transfer the item to another hosting site like Flickr, Imgur etc.

I recently found that everything in my photo bank was going to photo bucket and they were pestering for me to upgrade at a charge for increased space I did not want! So, when I have time I will replace the few items which need to be there while ensuring that the originals are retained.

Meantime, the club does not appear to be using the photo bucket App, probably for the charges which may be incurred as we can load more directly to the website, maybe we can reload old info in the new way which I will investigate when I have time, sorry if this is inconvenient for anyone but they are only old items which are effected.

Yep, everyone using photobucket for their hosting is in the same boat. You can still access all the photos in your PB account and download them too. You then upload them to an alternative free hosting site and post the link in your forum message. It should then appear in your post.
    Regards,

    Clive.

No doubt an 8 year old could do it easily, unfortunately I don't know any 8 year olds, it will be some time before I get to it.

Well I can't help with the 8 year old, but I'm a 70 year old that's managed it, so if you need any assistance, just let me know! lancerlot@hotmail.co.uk.

Thanks Clive, I got my son to take all photos out of my photo bucket and am deleting the excess copies but they have to be done one at a time, maybe I should just take those required for the article entries into another folder then delete the extra file, which alternative hosting site did you use?

imageupload.co.uk looks promising although I've yet to use it.
I've been using imgur.com myself recently, but may give the UK site a try as it looks promising.

Funny but some I find working on photo bucket and some aren't and so I think that for the best, as I replace them with uploaded photos I shall delete the original entries, I just need to list them all to ensure it's done correctly

    Kevan,
Why not first of all change the link in your original post so we can all see CG's results?
