R12 members NOT getting our monthly email

To help keep R12 members up to speed with meetings and other PCGB announcements, like some other regions we've set up a Google Group to enable the R12 committee to email interested members. If you would like to be included on the Group distribution list and have not received an email indicating you have already been added (check both your inbox and junk mail box just in case), please email your membership number, name and address to tony.twservices@uwclub.net requesting to be added.

Hi Brian,

I think this is incorrect, but apologies if I'm wrong here.

All regions are now using Mailchimp as the far more simple way to keep their members up to date. There's no need to enter anything manually, nor do anything to change the email group when members update Club office with any changes.

Please double check with the office, as I'm pretty sure this has been the policy for ages now. :-)

Thanks, Brian!

So, to Mike Watson's post, the answer is that as long as you've let the office know of any changes to your details, R12's mailchimp will automatically pick them up. :-)

Any problems just call the office - they're a friendly bunch.
