964 Web Links

In addition to our forum there are a number of other resources for the 964 available on the web. Websites that give information about what to look for when buying, how to carry out servicing and maintenance, real life experiences of 964 ownership and other places to talk to 964 owners. Here are a few sites that you might find useful:

Porsche 964 website
An excellent site to start at if you are new to 964s
NB As this site is now hosted the original front page isn't working. To gain access to the articles click the 'What's New' and then near the bottom are a series of articles, click on an article and then at the end of the article click the "up" button to gain access to the other articles.

964 Yahoo Group
An active e-mail discussion group about all aspects of ownership

Warmfuzzies (Kevins) website
Real life experiences of a 964

P-car
964 (and 993) DIYs

P-Car Workshops  964 specific here
Massive resources for both 993 and 964 including full copies of all Technical Service Bulletins

Rennlist
Possibly the most active 964 forum in the world. It's American based and is particularly good for technical discussions about solving problems and carrying out upgrades.

PET 964
This one is the Porsche catalogue of parts - careful it's a big download!  Please note that this is an official Porsche download (in Adobe PDF format) and NOT the integrated CD-ROM edition available from OPCs.

RedTek
Excellent videos on engine rebuilds and more. I've heard that this is a source for fiberglass tinware instead of the £1,000 standard.

If you think that there are other good 964 links, let us know and we'll add them to the list.

Those thinking of changing wheels and tires will find this site useful in gauging the changes in speedo ratings as well as space used within the tire well.
