Somewhere to watch Le Mans coverage

Hi,

Does anyone know of a venue in Yorkshire that is planning to show live coverage of the Le Mans 24 Hours race (10-11th June), please?

My son and I would normally be there (I've been 20+ times, starting in 1988, and he has been 15 times, beginning when he was 7), travelling there and back by classic Porsche (964, 996 Turbo and more recently my 997.1), but once it was clear demand for tickets and accommodation was crazy for this centenary event, we opted instead for our first trip to the recent Spa 6 Hours race.

My son is studying for a PhD in Chemistry at Sheffield University, and I'm based in Surrey Region (R29 - Member # 46145), but I'm keen to get together with him to watch the race. We could watch it on a laptop, but it would be far more memorable to watch it with other Porsche / sportscar fans.

I have asked Porsche Centre Sheffield, but they currently have no plans to show the race.

I don’t know for sure, but try asking The Motorist. They have screening setup and may be doing something. Based just east of Leeds. Great venue.
