You should all have had an email regarding the Porsche Club GB AGM on the 14th May, there will be physical meeting in the Yorkshire Dales at the Devonshire Arms, Bolton Abbey.

This is an opportunity for a nice Sunday morning drive, details of suggested meeting places and routes should be on the forum shortly, Porsche Club GB will provide lunch but registration is required by the 9th May.

In addition Mobil are providing all attendees with a bottle of Synthetic oil ?? unfortunately we will be touring Scotland which is a pity as the 4.0 likes a drop of oil

I've created what should be nice run over to the AGM at the Devonshire Arms at Bolton Abbey, on some interesting and hopefully less busy roads, for those coming from the north and east of the region.
It will start from around Boroughbridge, and should take about 70 minutes, so aim to meet up about 9:15 to leave at 9:30.

Final details of meeting place and the Google Maps link will be posted after the bank holiday.

For all those travelling to the AGM by whatever route, please be aware that Sunday 14th is also the day of the Rob Barrow Leeds Marathon, and there will be a number of road closures in the north of Leeds and around Otley.

Here is a suggested route to travel to the AGM at The Devonshire Arms.

It starts at the Morrisons car park in Boroughbridge (Wetherby Road, YO51 9UR) and will take approximately 1hr 5mins (34 miles).
I suggest meeting at 9:30 and leaving by 9:45 to arrive at the The Devonshire in plenty of time for the AGM.
Sadly, I am not able to join you on either the run or the AGM but I hope all everyone has a great day.

With the joining instructions for the venue being published late Friday, for those who would like to join up for the commemorative photo at 10.30 hrs I propose we meet a little earlier at 08.45 hrs, departing 09.00 hrs for the 70min trip.

i will be departing at 09.00 hrs with anyone else who wishes to join me then.
