To celebrate the 911’s 60th year since its Motor Show Launch in 1963, the new PCGB 992 Register team are holding several events throughout the UK during 2023. One of the Midlands events will be a Saturday morning breakfast meet and visit to Porsche Solihull on 17th June 2023.

The Porsche Pro at Solihull will be available for a Q&A session on all aspects of the 992 especially the infotainment system and similar configurations or any Tech problems you may have with your 992.

Breakfast will be available at the start of the event and coffee will be available throughout the morning. A 992 Quiz will feature a prize from the Driver’s Selection shop.

For those who wish to extend the socialising we will be having a short drive through the Warwickshire countryside to a chosen venue for lunch and another chance to mix.
More details and entry form here.

For more details, please email 992@porscheclubgb.com

Kind Regards,
David
992 Register Secretary

I will contact you with final details of the timing and lunch options nearer the date.

Hi Folks,

Would just like to take this opportunity to thank David Wood and his wife for arranging this event. Had a great time at Solihull OPC, it was informative and fun at the same time. A nice little drive afterwards and an excellent venue chosen for food and drink. Think I'll be heading back there soon with my wife and daughter, as it looks great for a nice relaxing weekend break.

It was lovely to meet all those that attended and put some faces to forum names. Many thanks and enjoy the rest of your weekend. A few pics I took below:

And this wonderful guest joined us on the dinner table. She was so well behaved, lovely little dog!

Hi All,

I would like to echo Schueys comments. Many thanks to David and his wife for organising the event at Porsche Solihull this morning, great to meet fellow 992 members, gain an insight to this model, the features on offer, technicians demonstrating and problem solving. Glad you enjoyed the drive and meal and sorry we could not join you all.

Thanks to Porsche Solihull for facilitating and making us feel welcome.

Hopefully see you all at the next event.

Have a great weekend.

Thanks David for organising it, through enjoyed the visit, and found the talk at Porsche Solihull very useful.

got home this afternoon, after a lovely stay at Billesley Manor hotel, which both myself and Carol thought was excellent.

It was great to meet you all yesterday, pleased to hear you enjoyed the event, and that Huw and Carol had a pleasant evenings stay at Billesley Manor.

Christine and myself hope you see you again during the year.

Kind Regards David
