My new in November 2022 Gen 3 Macan GTS PCM blanks out occasionally, 3 times since December. It is my third Macan so I am confident it is not 'operator error'. On each occasion it occurs in Apple Play when using Google Maps, usually when Im following a route!
Having had the recalls completed for AWD and Air Con, I am reluctant to take the car to an OPC as I am very happy with the car and don't want to risk work causing more problems.
I am told the fix could be a software update or a PCM unit replacement.
If it's as simple software update, why isn't it a recall?
If its a PCM replace, I am not keen on the dash being dismantled, I would rather put up within the blacking out!
Comments appreciated, particularly from anyone who has experienced the same issue and had it fixed.
Thanks
