Parking in Milton Keynes

Guys - I’m travelling over from Northern Ireland and will be touring around England a bit.

quick question- would be be safe enough leaving the car parked at Milton Keynes station for a few days? Any advice appreciated

I live in Milton Keynes and yes you could park there ok, if it was me, i would download the just park app and find a nice driveway close to the station.

If you choose the multi storey Saba car park at the station, this has CCTV and is closed at night. IIRC it’s about £12 per day - but they are a bit sneaky and charge whole days even if you arrive at 4pm. The spaces are a reasonable size but if you are lucky and do arrive late pm, you can one by a wall or near the disabled area where you have less chance of a door ding

I’ve parked my 911 and Tesla there overnight.

it’s easier to pay in advance (can do online no App needed) if you are sure of your dates.

There are quite a few different car parks at the station so make sure whatever you book/ pay for is where you park.

Presuming you're taking a train from MK - the alternative is to go from Wolverton, just one more short stop north from MK Central (10 mins drive). It's a much smaller train station, has plenty of lighting and CCTV, you can probably park pretty much outside the station and there are often one or two 911's parked there already. - For some reason, only GTS's, which is kinda strange, but there you go. That's where I go to London from. - I wouldn't be as comfortable leaving my car in MK.

It's also only £8.50 per day, also on Saba.
