Looking further ahead to Easter Sunday 9th April.

There is a Sports & Classic Car Event at Shackleton’s Garden Centre, Chatburn, near Clitheroe. This must be pre-booked and places are quickly taken up. I have been in touch with the organiser and they will be opening for bookings in mid-January. Please e-mail me ASAP if you want to attend, as they are allowing me to get PCGB entries in before the general notice goes out. Please therefore e-mail me ASAP, and before Mid- January if you want to attend, with the model and registration number of your vehicle, as this event is ticket only parking, and I will pass onto the organiser as arranged.

We are working on events for 2023 and have a number of different activities are being developed.

A number of members have asked if we can organise drives and lunches mid – week as weekends may be difficult and we have some routes in mind. We may even organise some of these in the evenings later in the year when the days are longer.

We look forward to meeting you in 2023, particularly any members who are new and those who haven’t been to any R18 events previously. You will be made welcome. Wives and partners are particularly welcome.
