Hello All,

New member here, very excited to join the Porsche Club! I have a 997.1 CS2 and live just next to Llandudno in North Wales, I am looking for a garage who takes on Porsche work as I need a new clutch and flywheel, which has totally given up at the weekend.

I am resigned to the fact I am going to have to have it towed to wherever it is going but I want to make sure wherever that is comes with some recommendation for the work that needs doing.

Any help really appreciated, I'd like to get back on the road to enjoy the changing seasons in Snowdonia!! :)

Thankfully I have found a garage to help complete the work in Rhos on Sea, replacement flywheel and clutch and I'm back on the road. Not as competitive pricewise as I would have seen down south, so recommendations still gratefully received.

At this moment my Porsche is tucked up in the garage avoiding the wind and rain, once the sun is out I'll be back out and about. Look forward to meeting some R6 members at the next event!

Are there any trips organised too Le Mans it looks as if it is sold out, 2022 is the 100th race.

I am planning to visit Le Mans next year. This will be my first time. If any one can offer any advice it will be very much appreciate
Best Martyn
