RIP Phil Sharland , Previous R25 RO

Sad to read on the regional news letter Sue's News tonight that Phil had passed away last week, condolences to Pearl and the family, always enjoyed Phil's company at R25 meets/functions, his and Pearl's work for the region and club was noted and rewarded with lifetime honorary memberships.

So sorry to hear this. Phil and Pearl were real stalwarts of the club and ran a very successful region.

Ann-Marie and I send our condolences to Pearl and her family at this very distressful time.
 
That is very sad news to hear. I very much echo the sentiments above and send my, and the Club's, very best wishes to Honorary member Pearl at this difficult time.
 
I'm extremely saddened to read about this . Particularly as i have only just found out , having read this months regional news letter and completely missed the last one. Subsequently i have also missed Phil's funeral and i am quite upset to have not been able to attend. Phil & Pearl were new members when Louise and myself ran the region and very kindly took over from us . Phil was a lovely chap and together with pearl, were a great couple. I send my deepest condolences to Pearl and family . I know Pearl will be missing her soulmate.
