I have a 2013 (14my) Panamera S e- hybrid, my problem is I cannot remove the charging plug from the car, it’s been 4 days now, I contacted Porsche centre Solihull who informed me that I should put the key into the ignition and turn to level 2 and should be able to move the plug within 20 seconds, Did not work, I have tried using the key, locking and unlocking the car multi times again this did not work, getting totally frustrated now, have a beautiful car that I cannot use, any suggestions out there people. From vis other forums I understand this is not an isolated inciden.

Hi Andy, thanks for the information, however the plugs shown are not the same as the European ones, but good news, I put the car battery on charge over night to ensure it was fully charged hoping that would be enough to ensure the locking pin would retract enough, and after unlocking/locking on the key I heard it unlock and pulled the plug out, and I must say gave a cheer. I then ensured I put a quick spray of WD40 on the locking pin to hopefully ensure this won’t happen in the near future. Once again thank you Andy, really appreciate your help.
